To enhance the bond between the two surfaces, it is recommended to apply a layer of thermally conductive silicone grease (thermal conductivity ≥ 3.0 W/m·K) to the bottom of the LED aluminum substrate or the surface of the heat sink. The silicone grease should be applied evenly and in an appropriate amount, followed by secure clamping and fastening with screws.
